Automated Telephony Cost Recovery
The optional Revoco Telephony module allows firms to automatically track and bill time spent on telephone calls completely removing the need for manual timers.
All calls are allocated and billed against the relevant matter number, ensuring accurate, defensible billing and eliminating lost revenue from unrecorded call time. Revoco supports a wide range of analogue, digital and VoIP PBX environments. We also partnered with leading PBX integration specialists MAN3000.
Task Time Tracker
Beyond telephony, Revoco’s Task Time Tracker module enables the capture and billing of other business activities, including emails, documents, messages, mobile calls and additional time‑based tasks. This ensures a more complete view of billable work, without relying on users to remember to manually log every interaction.
