A PaperCut Authorised Solution Centre (ASC) is the highest tier of certified PaperCut partners, providing advanced technical capabilities beyond those of a standard reseller. An ASC is the accredited, authorised and certified extension for the PaperCut OEM in the region, commonly referred to as the in-country Distributor.
ASC’s appoint, train and support regional, in-country Resellers who perform 1st and 2nd line support to their customers, ensuring that customers receive the highest quality of support as if working directly with the OEM.
